Hawthorne Music Conservatory

Annual Pancake Breakfast

Each year the Optimist Club of Huntsville holds a pancake breakfast in memory of Jeff Smith. The Jeff Smith Memorial Pancake Breakfast benefits the Hawthorne Music Conservatory, the music school sponsored by Central Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Huntsville.

The school provides free and reduced price music training for community children from highly trained instructors.

Jeff Smith was an active member of the Optimist Club, was also a member of the board of the conservatory.

For a minimum donation of $5, the pancake breakfast will include all you can eat pancakes, sausage, juice and coffee. The breakfast will be held in the Cooper House, 405 Randolph Ave. S.E., just across Randolph from the main church building.

This year the Pancake Breakfast was held on in February. We had a record turnout. Thank you to all the folks that supported us, especially Central Presbyterian Church.
